Today, I made a simple, yet delicious wok (without an actual wok pan).
I peeled and cut a whole sweet potato and threw it on the pan. To your liking, you can only warm it up, but I kept it a little longer to cook it a bit, but still maintain some of the crunch.
Then I sliced an entire zucchini ready to add it last, added some frozen green beans on the pan.
While doing this, I boiled some noodles, which I was surprised to find vegan. Well. Unofficially, since there weren’t any sort of mention, but no animal products were mentioned in the list of ingredients. Perhaps the lack of the vegan stamp is because of the small bag of chicken flavor that comes with the noodles.
This is a very easy and cheap dish (especially if you grow your own produce) I’ll definitely keep making, since I’m moving out and I’ll have to buy my own food *Insert monkey emoji*
