Today was all about my makeup, which I was very happy with.
Maybe I could’ve add some eyeliner, but I didn’t have the time.
But it did work very well like this.
I was inspired by a Phoenix bird and fire in my eye makeup.
It would’ve looked so badass with false lashes!
As I’ve probably mentioned, I’m a huge Potterhead.
I can literally name you any character, quote the movies and books, sometimes even bilingually!
So whenever a Phoenix is mentioned somewhere, I instantly think of Fawkes.
Naturally, Fawkes has red, orange and yellow, like my makeup.
I added some white in the corner to make my eyes look bigger.
I even caught some compliments with this look.
And that if I add green, I’ll have the Irish flag on my lids.
This is actually a re-created outfit from Budapest.
A city I never got to explore.
I sort of regret that, but I know I made the right decision to leave.
I found a mirror selfie I had taken from the outfit, and realized just how much I like it.
I knew the second I saw it, that I definitely want to wear it again and re-create it for the blog.
And I think it paid off well.
I really do like this outfit.

It’s strange how a good outfit, makeup, or even hair can make your entire day.
I’ve had some excessive drama today, as well as sad news from the passing of a close relative, that even I wasn’t close with, but it is still a news that seems very surreal and basically impossible.
And yet, I am feeling rather okay, and a lot better than yesterday.
I also like how the first pictures turned out.
I feel like I am improving in outfit photos, though there are still some pretty bad ones when going through them in editing.
It’s been really gloomy for a few days.
I kinda like gloomy weather, but it’s not good if you want good photos indoors.
I still have a lot to learn about photography, though.
All eyeshadows, except for the white one are from my Nyx Beauty School Dropout Freshman palette.
I will definitely be creating this look again in the future.
Now I’m still trying every color in my palette to find cool new looks.
What do you think of this look?
